The whole experience met all required needs, I would like to go back there again. It was fairly clean and looked beautiful. Staff was very good and great, assisted with everything. Included hairdryers, a bidet, and bath sheets, all very handy. I truly enjoyed the central location. Also, there were boutiques and stores plus a huge variety of bars and restaurants in the area.

Our landlady quickly became our first friend in the city, which was mind-blowing! The location was jaw-droppingly excellent, with the Colosseum just a stone's throw away. The facilities were super satisfying, especially the fully equipped kitchen where we could cook our own meals. The apartment also had air conditioning, which was a relief on hot days. The outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying meals with a view. The staff were helpful and arranged a paid airport shuttle for us. We also appreciated the option for babysitting services and cots for our little one. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had reliable Wi-Fi. No pets were allowed, which was a plus for us. And lastly, the no smoking policy ensured a fresh and smoke-free environment. We can't wait to come back!

A quirky apartment with a spacious and open interior, perfect for feeling like a character in a romantic comedy. Plus, I could walk to the metro in 5 minutes, which was great for my impromptu dance routines. And free wifi, because who doesn't want to share their fabulous Roman adventures? Oh, and did I mention there's air conditioning? So I could stay cool while desperately searching for my own Roman prince charming. But, oh dear, the irony of having a one-bedroom apartment and only one person to enjoy it. How tragic.

Convenient location near the Colosseum and Imperial Fora, with great cafes and public transport nearby. Cool vibes in the historic part of the city. The nearby Ce Stamo a Pensa is a nice bonus. 🏛️

My partner and I recently stayed at Boutique Grifone for a week-long getaway. The hotel's unique character and quirky charm made us feel like we were truly immersed in the local Italian culture. The location was superb, with plenty of shops, cafes, and wine bars right on our doorstep, allowing us to mingle with friendly locals. Despite a temporary water cut-off, Jean and Sandra went above and beyond to ensure we had bottled water and even surprised us with a bottle of wine! The beautiful decor, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and outstanding shower added to the overall exceptional experience.
Would recommend this hotel.

The owner was very helpful in making our city break enjoyable and we found the kitchenware and toaster provided to be very useful for cooking our own breakfast.

Spacious and Open Interior: The apartment at Boutique Grifone felt like a grand palace, with its wood-beamed ceilings and tiled floors. I couldn't help but feel like royalty walking through the spacious and open interior.
Limited Wi-Fi Range: The only downside was that the Wi-Fi only worked in the kitchen/dining room area.

The hotel was full of character and had a quirky feel to it, making us feel like we were truly in Italy. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, cafes, and wine bars right on our doorstep. We enjoyed mingling with the friendly locals and immersing ourselves in the local culture. Additionally, the staff, especially Jean and Sandra, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided us with bottled water when the water was unexpectedly cut off and gave us a bottle of wine as a gesture of apology.
One minor inconvenience was that we had to climb two flights of stairs to reach our room. However, aside from this, our stay was absolutely perfect.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and a lively square just around the corner. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, with a quiet atmosphere due to being tucked away in a blind alley. The service provided by the host is top-notch, with prompt responses and helpful recommendations for enjoying the city. Additionally, the breakfast options are varied and delicious, perfect for starting off the day right.
There were some areas of the hotel that could use improvement, such as average cleaning and the need to contact the manager off-site.

I had a fantastic stay at Boutique Grifone. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Colosseum and Forum. The property had a lovely and homely atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The host, Sandra, was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The kitchen with a breakfast bar was a great touch, allowing me to enjoy a cozy and personalized dining experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as narrow beds and a lack of clear signage, I truly enjoyed my time at Boutique Grifone. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Rome.
